Client Services Associate

Jia matriculated in 2021 and is currently in her final year of studying a BCom degree through Milpark Education majoring in Risk & Compliance Management.

At ZWM, she works as a junior assistant focusing on client engagement, assisting with the quarterly valuations and helping Luciano with client onboarding and communicating with various providers across the globe.

In addition to the office work, she works at her family’s restaurant, Nigiro Teacafe in Plumstead, and if not working, accompanies her father with tea training various hospitality personnel in different restaurants and hotels across the country.

As a passion, she teaches violin and bakes cake for restaurants and private orders.
